團隊簡介：
桃興閣掌中劇團是桃園市在地的布袋戲團隊。自108年至114年間，連續獲選為桃園市傑出演藝團隊，展現深厚藝術實力與創作能量。
劇團以金光布袋戲見長，代表作《白馬風雲傳》自107年起每年推出系列新篇章，持續打造金光布袋戲的新亮點與新格局。除專注於金光戲劇的創新與精進外，桃興閣亦積極進行跨界合作，曾與揚音樂集、桃園市國樂團、草搞場等團隊攜手演出，拓展布袋戲藝術的多元風貌。
近年來，劇團更致力於布袋戲的傳承與推廣。現任團長張正隆不僅專注於劇團創作發展，也積極培育青年口白與操偶人才，期望將布袋戲藝術的精粹薪火相傳，延續傳統表演藝術的新生命。
Taohsing Puppet Theater Troupe
Founded in Taoyuan, Taohsing Puppet Theater is renowned for its Golden Light glove puppetry. From 2019 to 2025, it was honored as an Outstanding Performing Arts Group by the Taoyuan City Government. Its signature series, The Legend of the White Horse, has been staged annually since 2018, showcasing innovation in traditional puppetry. The troupe also collaborates with groups such as Yang Music Ensemble and Taoyuan Chinese Orchestra, blending tradition with modern performance. Led by Director Chang Cheng-Long, Taohsing is dedicated to training young puppeteers and preserving the artistry of Taiwanese glove puppetry for future generations.
節目簡介：
村裡有二隻老虎，經常闖入民宅偷吃家禽等食物，民眾怕傷及到家中老小，苦不堪言。村長帶著村民上山要趕老虎，沒想到被老虎恐怖的哀嚎聲嚇到落荒而逃。村長於是來到村裡的土地公廟裡誠心向土地公祈求，希望趕走老虎，讓村民不再恐懼。土地公得知後，決定收服老虎，讓民眾不再擔憂受怕。土地公抓到老虎後，發現牠蛀牙非常嚴重，加上偷吃民眾的家禽，骨頭卡在牙縫裡，才會發出恐怖的哀嚎聲。土地公幫助老虎解決牙齒問題，並要他不可以再危害村民。土地公托夢給村長，告訴他已經收服老虎，村民可以安心。村長及村民感念神明的護佑及土地公的照顧，舉行盛大的慶典及布袋戲演出，答謝神恩。
The Story of Tudigong and the Tigers
In village, two wild tigers often sneaked into homes, stealing chickens and scaring everyone. The villagers tried to chase them away, but the tigers’ terrible howls sent them running in fear.
The village chief prayed to Tudigong, the Earth God, for help. Tudigong caught the tigers and discovered their scary roars came from toothaches — bones from stolen food were stuck in their teeth! He cured their pain and told them never to harm people again.
That night, Tudigong appeared in the chief’s dream, saying the village was safe. To thank the god for his protection, the villagers held a grand festival and performed a glove puppet show in his honor.
